Temus was established by Temasek in partnership with UST, to provide digital transformation solutions for the private and public sectors as we aspire to be a strategic partner in realising the Singapore Government’s Smart Nation vision. We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & AI.

About the Role

We're looking for Project Managers who think like product owners and execute like seasoned operators. You'll lead complex system integration projects for clients who need more than technical delivery—they need someone who can challenge their thinking, solve real business problems, and guide them to outcomes that matter.

This isn't about following a playbook. It's about understanding what clients actually need (not just what they ask for), having the courage to steer them in the right direction, and the discipline to deliver results that move their business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Shape solutions, not just deliver requirements. Challenge client requests when you see a disconnect between their stated need and underlying business problem. Reframe problems in terms of business outcomes and user value. Push back thoughtfully when the path forward doesn't make sense.
  • Run disciplined, proactive projects. Catch issues before they become crises through systematic monitoring and attention to detail. Keep stakeholders informed with clear, honest communication about progress, risks, and value. Follow through relentlessly on commitments.
  • Manage scope and profitability. Frame scope decisions in terms of business value, risk, and timing rather than contracts.  Navigate scope discussions with commercial awareness—knowing when to say yes, when to recommend alternatives, and when to propose Phase 2. Protect project margins while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Build trust through communication. Have difficult conversations early and directly. Present problems with solutions, risks with mitigation plans. Adjust communication style to your audience—executives want outcomes, technical teams want details.

What We're Looking For

  • Product mindset over process mindset. You naturally ask "why are we building this?" before "how should we build this?" You think about end-user adoption and business impact, not just on-time delivery. You measure success by outcomes achieved, not tasks completed.
  • Execution discipline that inspires confidence. You have systems for tracking risks, managing dependencies, and following up on action items. You catch small details others miss and understand how they connect to bigger issues. You follow through without being asked twice.
  • Commercial awareness. You understand that system integration is a business—profitability matters. You know how to have scope conversations that protect the business while serving the client. You think in terms of phases and can articulate why focused scope often delivers better outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management savvy. You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with conflicting priorities. You build trust through honesty, even when the news is difficult. You can influence without authority and manage up, down, and sideways effectively.

Experience We Value

  • 5+ years managing complex technology or integration projects
  • Experience with enterprise clients and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Track record of delivering outcomes, not just outputs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

Bonus: Product management experience or product mindset developed in tech companies, consulting background, experience where you owned business outcomes (not just project delivery), track record of successfully navigating difficult scope or stakeholder situations.

Temus is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all. We do not discriminate by race, religion, belief, ethnicity, origin, disability, age, partnership status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

We see the diversity of our team as a strategic advantage, and we work actively to maintain it.
