You’ll work closely with Spend Product Managers to translate product strategy into operational reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, map, and document the end-to-end operational flows for new card products (e.g., scheme applications, manufacturing processes, card delivery, disputes and fraud monitoring).
  • Coordinate the necessary system configurations and testings with Product and Engineering teams to validate the product logic, feature deployment, and regulatory compliance before launch.
  • Establish operational performance metrics and monitor key operational indicators post-launch, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure a smooth, scalable customer experience.
  • Forecast operational demand stemming from new launches across servicing teams ensuring they are equipped to handle the projected volume increase without degradation of service quality or breach of SLAs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project management and process mapping preferably within the financial services, payments, or card industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving cross-functional project execution and launch readiness for complex products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in operational costing and pricing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to influence, motivate teams, and clearly articulate project impact to executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

  • You’re comfortable working within teams that face complex issues and take charge in difficult situations, such as engineers or product teams.
  • You are a problem-solver, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
  • You have experience optimizing processes with internal and external partners, focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
  • You know how to use data to prioritise tasks that have the most value-add to customers' and measure the impact.
  • You prioritize customers and take initiative to drive results.
  • A strong communicator, you adapt your style to different audiences.
  • You foster an open, collaborative team environment and are passionate about technology and customer experience.
