Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Project Manager

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 36 months.

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies

What will you do?

  • Drive product success by bringing the product to users
  • Understand HDB's business processes and partner with relevant stakeholders — including solution architects, software developers, and end users — in requirement gathering, system design, and application development & maintenance.
  • Partner with the product manager to run sprint planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with various technical, solution, and information architects to ensure that the application developed is robust and aligned with the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Design solutions that are high quality and functional, ensuring a good user experience.
  • Track and manage the development and maintenance of the application system to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct and support thorough system, user, and security testing pre-release.
  • Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
  • Provide product support and work with the product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
  • Monitor the performance of the application and work with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot issues surfaced in the production environment.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in building digital products.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
  • End-to-end experience working with a product team to build products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
  • Highly meticulous and tenacious, with the ability to follow through on tasks to closure.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and to prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
  • A degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in application design and development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
