More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a project management intern in Singapore with Signify.
Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to help formulate a detailed project plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all changes and updates are recorded accurately
Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the coordination of project team meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies with guidance from senior project managers
Tracking: Monitor project progress using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. Provide regular updates on project milestones
Support Project Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are in sync and progressing as planned
Research: Delve into project-related topics as required, providing insights and recommendations
Post-Project Review: Participate in project debriefs, analyzing project successes and areas for improvement
Students with Engineering/Business/Commerce backgrounds are welcome to apply
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Data analytics
Good tracking and communication skills across different departments
Stakeholder management
Risk management
Automation skills will be a plus.
Able to commit to a minimum 6 months internship program
