Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is inviting expressions of interest from experienced professionals for various Data Centre Project Management roles supporting a growing portfolio of Technical Services projects across Southeast Asia.
This role focuses on project governance, delivery oversight, and performance management, ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual, financial, and operational expectations across multiple markets.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide governance and functional oversight across multiple projects in the data centre space, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and delivery standards.
  • Review and challenge project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy, contractual alignment, and delivery feasibility.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and budget control across the project portfolio.
  • Drive risk management and project controls, including review of risk registers, mitigation strategies, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with local or regional teams within Project & Development Services department, supporting stakeholder management, contract administration, and overall project delivery excellence.

 

About You:

  • Extensive experience in data centre project management, project controls, or commercial/project advisory roles, ideally within construction, engineering, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong background in project governance, financial oversight, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence multiple projects and stakeholders across different locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret project data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership and project teams.
