The Project Executive will assist the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring tasks are assigned, budgets monitored, and deadlines met while providing project updates and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with and provide support to the Project Manager for the entire project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to discern project requirements, and assign tasks to internal and external team members
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and efficient allocation of project resources
- Support the Project Manager to organize, monitor and ensure that internal and consultant deadlines are met
- Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues and discuss on any matters related to the project
- Provide written and verbal reports on project updates to the management as and when required
- Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, filing and sorting of project collaterals
Requirements
- Educational background in Business, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent qualifications
- Candidates with Interior Design experience will be strongly considered
- At least 3 years experience in property development, property investment or real estate consultancy
- Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition to final completion of residential and commercial properties
