Job Summary

The Project Executive (Building / Civil & Structural) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of building and civil & structural (C&S) projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely execution of building and C&S works.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.

  • Supervise daily site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or Civil & Structural (C&S) projects.

  • Good understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, and project execution.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

  • Basic knowledge of contract administration, project scheduling, cost control, and variation management.

  • Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA requirements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or other project management software is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
