Job Title: Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including M&E works and office fit-up projects

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

  • Liaise between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications

  • Review technical drawings and construction documents

  • Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner

  • Generate progress reports and present updates to key stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all projects

  • Assist in procurement processes and vendor management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

  • Proven experience in project coordination and management, particularly in construction, M&E works, and office fit-up projects

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

  • Working knowledge of CAD/Revit or other construction-related software programs

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities

  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
