Job Title: Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage construction projects, including M&E works and office fit-up projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Liaise between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
Review technical drawings and construction documents
Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
Generate progress reports and present updates to key stakeholders
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all projects
Assist in procurement processes and vendor management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience in project coordination and management, particularly in construction, M&E works, and office fit-up projects
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Working knowledge of CAD/Revit or other construction-related software programs
Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
