Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the deployment and implementation of Workplace Technology solutions across enterprise clients. You will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.


This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or systems integration who are eager to build their project delivery and technical expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Workplace Technology projects.
  • Deploy and configure workplace technologies including meeting room AV systems, digital signage, unified communications, collaboration tools, and end-user devices.
  • Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and third-party vendors throughout project implementation.
  • Monitor project schedules and report project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and provide timely resolution.
  • Prepare project documentation, implementation reports, network diagrams, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with customer requirements and company quality standards.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including warranty support and issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of configurations, asset records, and project files.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in project implementation, IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or systems integration.
  • Experience working on-site at clients’ locations
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video conferencing solutions, Audio Visual (AV) systems, Structured cabling, TCP/IP networking fundamentals, Windows operating systems
  • Able to read technical drawings and basic network diagrams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
