We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Analyst to join our Global Markets Technology & Operations team. This contract role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination or business analysis, who are eager to grow within a dynamic financial environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of strategic initiatives across Global Markets, with a key focus on Software Delivery Methodology 5.0 compliance and project execution support. 

We are looking for candidates with the following expertise: 

Requirements 

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operations within financial services or technology.  
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.  
  • Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.  

Responsibilities: 

As part of the GM business Technology and Operations team, the role will be responsible for: 

  • Assist in tracking and coordinating Global Markets projects, ensuring alignment with SDM 5.0 governance and documentation standards. 
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. 
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and project managers to monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies. 
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items, decisions, and follow-ups. 
  • Help facilitate testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking, and defect management. 
  • Provide support in project reporting, status updates, and dashboards for senior management. 
  • Assist in resolving operational issues related to trading platforms, market data, and booking processes. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.
