The role supports the assurance and governance activities of the PMO.

This role ensures projects follow defined processes, meet quality standards, and deliver accurate and timeline reporting to leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate adherence to project management frameworks and standards, alignment with PMO standards.

  • Report QA findings with recommended actions to Project Manager.

  • Identify systemic issues and propose enhancements to PMO processes.

  • Assist in developing QA templates, checklist, audit criteria.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Project Management, PMO QA or IT Audit.

  • Experience with financial institutions or regulatory projects preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile.

  • Proficient in project management and reporting tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or MS Project.

  • Familiarity with IT change and release management processes.

  • Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tool expertise.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Highly organized, assertive with good negotiation and problem-solving skills to deal with situations of differing opinions.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and frameworks is a plus. 

  • PMP, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent certifications, or ITIL is an added advantage.
