The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide essential administrative support. This role will play a critical part in helping streamline project workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and capable of managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the effective delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor, update, and follow up on project task lists and deadlines.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
  • Track project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and other updates as needed.
  • Coordinate communications and information flow between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and suggest enhancements to project workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a project support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation, including SOPs and user guides.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Strong organizational, time management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
