In this role, you will be responsible for program managing and the delivery of the Future Workplayce’s roadmap across several business areas in PACS. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Program Director and work closely with the respective workstream leads and project teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for program managing and the delivery of the Future Workplayce’s roadmap across several business areas in PACS. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Program Director and work closely with the respective workstream leads and project teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver a large-scale program end-to-end across all workstreams on time, on budget and on value.
  • Review and update the Program Charter which covers the objectives, scope, budget, schedules, comms plans, risks and mitigation strategies, procurement strategies etc. Responsible for ensuring that all requisite approvals are in place and clearly documented to establish a program baseline for ongoing tracking.
  • Support Program Director in the drafting of budget papers (ACR – Approval Committee Request) to secure funding for the program.  Accountable for the completion and approval of ACRs under the program.
  • Track program spending against approved budget.
  • Identify interdependencies across workstreams/projects and proactively drive discussions to address the risks and constraints.
  • Actively manage program risks and issues from initiation to closure.
  • Manage program changes by tracking and maintaining records of changes and approvals.
  • Schedule Program Steering Committee meetings and set agenda with Program Director.  Ensure meeting decks are prepared and record minutes of meetings. 
  • Lead regular program meetings with respective working groups for updates, alignment and issue resolution.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Review (PIR) and obtain signoff for program closure. 
  • Maintain all program artefacts diligently for project review and audit purposes.
  • Adhere to project management and risk assurance governance processes.  This includes but not limited to regular status reports to key stakeholders, Strategic Project Committee (SPC) report, Project Execution Scoring (PES) input and justification.
  • Guide the program to achieve outcomes that exceeds Prudential’s expectations and business objectives

Working Experience

  • At least 10-15 years of working experience in business program management and/or large-scale project management with proven track record. 
  • Has managed programs/projects separately with budget of at least SGD50mil.
  • Has put together and managed master program schedule from individual project schedules developed by both internal and external parties. 
  • Experience in working in a diverse organisation across front to back business processes.
  • PM consultancy working experience delivering major programs of work, particularly working with clients within the financial institution sector will also be considered.

Education

  • Tertiary education

Professional Qualifications

  • Project Management certification.
  • Civil/MEP Engineering or other relevant construction-related qualification will be advantageous.
  • High proficiency with MS Project and MS Office suite of products is essential.

Language

  • Fluent written and spoken English
