With the launch of our ad-supported tier in 12 major markets globally, Netflix is creating more choice for consumers and delivering a premium, scaled experience for advertisers. In APAC, one of the most diverse and dynamic regions, we are building a high-performance advertising business from the ground up.

To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to partner closely with the Head of Ad Sales, APAC. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will help drive clarity, alignment, and operational excellence across the region.

This role sits within the APAC Advertising leadership team and reports directly to the Head of Ad Sales, APAC. It works in close partnership with country sales leaders, cross-functional partners in Marketing, Ad Product, Finance, and Measurement, and global counterparts to help scale the regional business.

You’ll lead the planning and communication infrastructure that helps our team operate with focus, transparency, and speed. From driving the rhythm of the business to shaping leadership narratives and streamlining cross-market collaboration, you will play a critical role in building the systems and momentum that power our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support

  • Partner closely with the Head of Ad Sales, APAC to operationalize strategic priorities, driving sequencing, alignment, and follow-through across countries and functions.

  • Support decision-making by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and connecting the dots across cross-functional teams.

Business Planning & Operating Cadence

  • Lead the rhythm of business for APAC Ad Sales, including quarterly business reviews, town halls, strategic offsites, and weekly leadership syncs.

  • Drive annual planning and OKR tracking to ensure cross-functional focus and accountability.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Coordinate across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Ad Product, Measurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure executional alignment and remove blockers.

  • Help local markets deliver with speed and consistency while keeping global teams informed and engaged.

  • Surface risks, unblock executional challenges, and champion high-leverage opportunities across APAC.

Strategic Storytelling & Internal Comms

  • Craft high-impact presentations, narratives, and briefing materials for senior leadership, client summits, and global showcases.

  • Own internal communications flow for the APAC Ad Sales team, including team all-hands, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing systems.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify gaps and lead projects that improve how we operate, bringing more structure, consistency, and visibility to regional priorities.

  • Develop and scale playbooks and frameworks that enhance team collaboration, campaign execution, and go-to-market success.

Leadership Engagement & External Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to support external leadership engagements. Focus on messaging, stakeholder context, and strategic objectives for client meetings, industry events, and summits.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or similar strategic execution roles, ideally within advertising, media, or technology

  • Strong familiarity with sales-led organizations and a clear understanding of what makes commercial teams successful

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and highly matrixed environments, especially across APAC markets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft narratives and materials that drive action and alignment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, juggle competing priorities, and bring order to ambiguity

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with strong analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across senior stakeholders

  • Experience working with or supporting APAC country teams; cultural fluency and regional awareness are essential

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
