The Program Manager for AI/GenAI will manage the program across various Operations verticals (TechOps, Quality, Procurement, REFS), ensuring the successful design, deployment, and delivery of prioritized use cases and solutions. They will prepare and track regular status reports for senior executives, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive overall upskilling programs on digital capabilities. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent financial management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results


 

Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure program goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives and benefits achievements

  • Manage all program activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and deployment standards.

  • Manage development of program plans, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources to accomplish the desired business outcomes, aligned with time and budget commitments.

  • Collaborate effectively with other functions in the organization, as well as with strategic suppliers providing services to the program.

  • Own program status, issues and risks through appropriate channels / tools and ensures that these are reported back to agreed program governance (example: Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.

  • Proactively consult with management and review program proposals to shape goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program.

  • Lead the program team members (project managers, workstream leads) and provide thought leadership aligned with expected results ensuring consistency of implementation approach and adherence to applicable methodologies, processes, tools, and standards.

  • Take accountability to ensure adherence with security and compliance policies and procedures within the group program scope.

Role Requirements

  • 10+ years’ industry experience in Data Science and AI, with the ability to apply this expertise to drive program success as well as a relevant academic background.

  • Functional knowledge in at least one of the operational areas such as TechOps, Quality, Procurement, or REFS.

  • Extensive experience working with senior and executive level stakeholders, showcasing proven expertise in business partnering. Additionally, a strong background in change management is essential, with the ability to effectively manage and adapt to organizational change.

  • Accountability and a meticulous attention to detail is required in all aspects of reporting and presentation skills. The candidate must ensure accuracy and precision in their work, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

  • Demonstrated learning agility with an ability to learn and experiment with new technologies that evolve at a rapid pace.

  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

  • Expertise in IT program management, project management, and product line management, including the use of agile methodologies and collaboration with project and product teams.

  • Excellent performance management skills, with the ability to drive measurable results aligned with business objectives.

  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
