Job Description

As a Product Supervisor, you will be assisting the Shop Manager/ Asst Shop Manager in overall daily operations in the shop. This may include but not limited to handling of tills, products receiving, storage arrangement and displays in assigned department within the shop.

Assist to coach and train sales assistant in products knowledge and customer service standards.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales target of the shop.
• Assist in monitoring stock delivering & processing.
• Assists in stock replenishment activities
• Assists in Stock-take (routine, ad-hoc and/ or annual)
• To perform duty as according to all Operational and Customer Service SOPs as well to make Sales Assistants are following the same.
• To assist in product display arrangement and visual merchandising.
• Stand in for Assistant Shop Manager if needed to handle departmental operations and ensure consistency in the standard of retail operations.
• To assist in maintenance and cleaning of shop premises.
• To assist in stock take (routine, ad-hoc & annual) as and when required.
• Update to Shop Manager on staff performance.
• Update to Shop Manager if any Customer feedbacks.
• Implement/execute sales & promotion plans as and when required.
• Any other legal assignments requested by management from time to time.
Requirement:

Qualifications

SPM with at least 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in retail industry / Diploma with at least 2 years as Sales Assistant (or equivalent)
• Have passion with Sports and retail industry
• Proven small team leadership and management skills.
• Have knowledge in analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
