The Product Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing applications support to pre-sales and post-sales activities.
You will be a part of the Marketing and Application Team and report to the Marketing and Application Manager responsible for providing applications support to pre-sales and post-sales activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide the pre-sales and post-sales support for Diagnostic products to achieve the sales and profit goals in HK and Macau market
- Conduct customer training, instrument performance evaluation and troubleshooting
- Be the liaison or key-contact for HK front-line staff and provide support on product, technical and application issues to facilitate the dissemination of tech application and marketing info to the HK team.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of certain technical implementation, e.g. reagent reformulation updates, software upgrades, product corrections, etc.
- Assist sales team in product demonstration and promotion and sales tools development
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor or above in Biomedical Science or related subject; Registered MT is preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or related commercial field in the same capacity in an international organization;
- Strong logical thinking capability and analytical skills;
- High level integrity and commitment to work and self initiative;
- Possess strong language proficiency in Cantonese , English and and good PC skills.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Clinical microbiology and urinalysis laboratory
