- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

- AI-Driven Decision Support for PQI Containment and Disposition
- This project aims to develop AI capabilities to support PQI workflows, including MRB disposition, containment prioritization, and cross-functional data correlation. The system will integrate defect, process, and test data to provide explainable recommendations with confidence scoring.
