As a Product Planning Lead - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the region inventory levels and planning Materials Stocking strategies. You will monitor inventory levels and ensures the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business. You will develop methods and programs to optimize the utilization of inventory.
As a Product Planning Lead - Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring inventory levels and ensures the weekly increase or decrease in levels are aligned to the business.

Implementing inventory stocking strategies
-
Developing methods and programs to optimize the utilization of inventory
-
Monitoring levels of safety stock, global and aging inventory and works with regions and manufacturing plants to address accordingly
-
Providing updates to inventory projections and creates mitigation plans as needed.

Reviewing Slow Moving Inventory (SMI) with regions and involves other functional groups to reduce SMI risks.

Forecasting inventory reserves and work create action plan for mitigation

Working with the demand planner to create the netted demand plan

Working with the supply planner to implement stocking strategies for local providers

Working with regions to phase in new product inventory and develop plans for effectively managing replaced inventory
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (5+ years’ experience)

Experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
-
Deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality
-
Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
-
Ability to manage small team
-
Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
