Job Summary

As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Outdoor Lighting portfolio. You will translate market insights into actionable strategies, manage product positioning and pricing, and lead successful product launches. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our portfolio meets customer needs while delivering strong business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for the outdoor lighting portfolio using the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to drive market growth.

  • Collaborate with Segment Marketing to expand the public segment customer base.

  • Manage the value ladder for each product category, clearly communicating portfolio benefits and messaging to target audiences.

  • Lead product launch activities and Go-to-Market plans, coordinating with End-User Marketer, Channel Marketer, and MarCom teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Implement product positioning strategies and adjust pricing based on competitive analysis and portfolio gap mapping.

  • Oversee inventory management to prevent overstock while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Collect and analyze market and customer insights to update and refine customer/persona journeys for targeted marketing.

  • Support customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis and develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver product-related training to internal teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned marketing activities.

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions to foster teamwork.

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and acquire new tools and processes to improve marketing operations.

  • Assist with routine support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product marketing or commercial marketing roles involving customer insights, new product introduction, product portfolio management, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with strong emphasis on digital marketing and market research.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
