Responsible for the execution of the product marketing projects and initiatives

Define/identify requirements for marketing supports/resources (Channels, Business Development, etc) by aligning with various stakeholders

Execute and track the progress of marketing activities on assigned product/business line

Proactive in handling blockers and escalate as necessary
Business intelligence: Customer insights, Market and Industry evaluation

Periodical internal assessment and reporting: Performance results, demand actual vs planned, identification of opportunity and white-space.

Define the customer segments, characteristics, size of opportunities and required product and services needs to be prioritized / addressed.

Monitor conversion funnel across various entry points, as well as the relevant leading and lagging business and marketing indicators.

Provide solid insights to support Product Marketing Manager with developing growth & retention levers.

Provide basic/simple recommendations on business and marketing strategy based on research & analysis of the root cause.

Provide custom analyses to understand business trends as needed by the managers
Ability to lead small projects (with supervision/guidance)

Define campaigns: audience, messages, channel mix, objectives & activities

Execute campaign and build a compelling story to the customer

Monitor performance of the campaign & optimize post mortem of the campaigns

Identify and execute promotion (coupon) levers and conversion rate optimization through pricing and promotion (within constraints) by liaising with relevant stakeholders

Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth.

Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

Adept at Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Analytics. High proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools is a big plus.

Self-driven, excellent in follow through & execution, and have a growth mindset.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment.

Have 2+ years experience in e-commerce, online marketing, fast moving consumer goods, management consultancy is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably from Engineering or Business major
