We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Singapore Feature Team, focused on driving product engagement, usability, and customer outcomes across our core app experience. This role is well suited for a Product Manager with 1–4 years of experience who enjoys working close to users, data, and day-to-day product execution.You will own feature-level problem spaces and work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to improve how users interact with our product. While some areas touch operational and financial workflows, your primary focus will be on improving user experience, reducing friction, and driving meaningful engagement rather than building core platform infrastructure.This role reports into the Product leadership team and works closely with regional and cross-functional partners.

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive feature-level initiatives for the Singapore market, from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Identify user pain points, behavioural friction, and engagement opportunities using data, user feedback, and operational signals
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship improvements that enhance usability, clarity, and trust
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to understand recurring user issues and turn them into product improvements
  • Monitor feature performance using dashboards and metrics such as adoption, usage, resolution rates, and customer impact
  • Analyse trends, generate insights, and propose experiments or improvements to drive better user outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals, scope, and delivery

Requirements
  • 1–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong product sense with a focus on user experience, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Structured thinker who can break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
  • Good collaborator who works well with engineering, design, operations, and business teams
  • Clear communicator who can explain ideas, trade-offs, and outcomes simply
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Curious, open-minded, and willing to test and learn through iteration


Bonus (not required)

  • Exposure to fintech, payments, or consumer financial products
  • Experience working with operational workflows or customer support teams
  • Familiarity with dashboards, metrics tracking, or experimentation frameworks
  • Background in finance, economics, or analytics
