What You'll Do
You’ll own the product journey end-to-end:
Understand the problem: Talk to users and stakeholders to uncover real needs and define what success looks like.
Shape the strategy: Build a clear roadmap, secure resources, and align teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Deliver and evolve: Work with designers and engineers to build, test, and release. Then measure, learn, and improve.

Required Skills and Experience
At least 5 years of experience driving measurable business outcomes through product leadership.
Demonstrated success working end-to-end with design and engineering teams to build and evolve products.
Strong communication skills—able to clearly convey ideas and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making environments.
Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and staying focused under pressure.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or Balsamiq.
Academic background in computer science, product management, or related fields.
Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional.
Experience in agile environments or cross-functional product teams.
A mindset for continuous learning and openness to feedback.
