Job Title: Product Manager – Business Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager for the APAC region to manage the commercial and customer-facing aspects of product management on our Business Operations team. This role will focus on executing strategies that drive profitability and customer engagement, collaborating with sales, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams. You will ensure alignment between product offerings, regional business objectives, and customer needs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of product positioning, pricing, and customer satisfaction, helping to drive results in the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of commercial strategies to improve customer satisfaction and grow market share in the APAC region.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to align product strategies with business objectives.

  • Manage product pricing, positioning, and customer engagement to optimize revenue and profitability.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers, gathering feedback and addressing customer requirements.

  • Provide input on product capabilities, positioning, and pricing for the sales team.

  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop marketing materials, pricing models, and business cases to support commercial efforts.

  • Stay informed on customer demands, industry trends, and market conditions to guide product strategy

Requisite Criteria & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred, though relevant semiconductor industry experience will be considered.

  • Experience in product management or a customer-facing sales role in APAC markets.

  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and business operations.

  • Product management or sales experience within the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong understanding of business operations and experience supporting profitability strategies.

  • Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, including pricing and cost modeling.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%)
