DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Directly reports to Product Director

As the Product Manager, you will:

  • Manage assigned cybersecurity vendors and product portfolios to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Execute go-to-market activities, product launches, partner enablement programmes, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resellers, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, business proposals, and commercial recommendations.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and vendor reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate vendor training, partner recruitment, and channel engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and product positioning activities.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor business performance and recommend improvement plans to achieve business objectives.the

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Product Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, channel sales, business development, or IT/cybersecurity industry.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, IT solutions, or enterprise software products is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
