EggAI's vision is a digital twin of every customer: a model that understands how real people choose, buy, and respond, so any business can ask its customers before it acts.
Today, most decisions about offers, prices, products, and research rest on guesswork, slow surveys, or one-size-fits-all models. We believe a business should be able to test an idea on its customers in minutes, see how each person would respond, and serve every customer as an individual.
EggAI is built by ARAC's AI research lab in Singapore. Our ambition is to build the behavior foundation model for commerce: born in Southeast Asia, built for the world.
The Role- You will own EggAI's path from strong benchmark results to repeatable revenue.
- The research team has built a model that works; your job is to decide what customers get, in what form, and in what order.
- You'll sit between three groups: the research team training the models, retail and FMCG customers who will pay for outcomes, and the data partners whose transactions make the twin possible.
- You'll translate between them: customer problems into model tasks and evaluation lanes, and model results into offers a commercial team can sell.
- Deciding what to build next — and what not to — is at the heart of this role.
1. Own the product vision and roadmap
Decide which customer problems EggAI solves, in what order, and why.
2. Run discovery with businesses
Sit with CRM, pricing, category, and insights teams. Find the decisions they make every week and understand what a wrong call costs them.
3. Turn customer problems into measurable tasks
Work with researchers to define each problem, its success metric, and the test that proves it. No clean evaluation, no claim.
4. Package proof into product
Turn pilot results into a repeatable offer: inputs, outputs, API or workflow, pricing, and a pilot-to-contract playbook the next customer can follow.
5. Shape how customers use it
Define the interface and explanations that make the model's answers trustworthy to a marketer or analyst.
6. Work with data partners
Scope data integrations, privacy and consent requirements, and the data each new customer needs.
7. Back go-to-market
Build the pitch, case studies, and demos with sales and leadership. Join key customer meetings.
8. Measure what matters
Track the value EggAI delivers across live customers and feed findings back to research.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years working on an AI, ML, or data product that customers paid for.
- Hands-on B2B experience selling into enterprises, ideally in retail, FMCG, telco, or marketing technology.
- Comfort reading model results. You can tell a real gain from noise or leakage, and you understand what AUC, lift, and calibration mean for a customer.
- A proven record of turning a pilot into a repeatable, priced product.
- Clear communication and writing skills. You can explain a transformer result to a CMO and a customer problem to a researcher.
- Fluent English. Thai is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM, loyalty, promotions, pricing, or market research products.
- Background in retail media, category management, or consumer insights.
- Experience working with foundation models, LLMs, or tabular ML at a startup or research lab.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations in Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand's PDPA and Singapore's PDPA.
- Experience launching a product in more than one Southeast Asian market.
