Job Description: Product Manager (Operations Domain)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. You will be defining, planning, and executing the product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will have an eye to deliver successful fintech products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. With a technical background in financial product development, you will define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of our work.

You will:

  • Be the product owner of a high impact team focusing on overall operations process and application development for our fast-growing internal team covering customer support, KYC operators, FInOps, and product & engineering department
  • Drive dramatic reduction in customer issues and improvement in internal backoffice tooling and process development
  • Collaborate with both India and regional teams, engineer a smooth product development process. 
  • Understand business needs & stakeholders directions, managing resources & lead overall product direction for your team
  • Plan, prioritize, and define the technical roadmap for scaling and delivering core components of the platform
  • Be the domain expert on process design, financial automations, reconciliations, and implementation of in-house / open-source / paid operational system stack
  • Partner with product team, engineering team, and business team to drive key product, technical, and business metrics
  • Manage and align on key integration partners including financial institutions

You have:

  • 4-7 years of work experience within the product industry with FinTech or financial company experiences
  • Proven track record of delivering financially complex products
  • Strong knowledge with financial system integrations and development
  • Technical or strong business analyst backgrounds are desirable
