We are seeking a Product Manager – Masks to join our Masks Product Management team.
Your Mission
As part of the Masks Product Management team, you’ll ensure we (in this order):
1. Build the right thing.
2. Build it right.
3. Build it fast.
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in sustaining ResMed’s industry-leading portfolio of masks in market while supporting new product introductions and key strategic initiatives across the portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products continue to delight users, meet business goals, and maintain ResMed’s reputation for quality and innovation.
This role reports directly to the Group Product Manager – Masks.
What You’ll Do
Champion the User: Deeply understand patient and provider needs
· Support Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage in-market product performance, gather insights, and help drive actions to maintain product quality and competitiveness.
Own or Support Mask Products: Take responsibility for a product in the mask portfolio, or provide hands-on support to ensure success across development and launch.
Collaborate and Influence: Successfully partner with cross-functional teams from Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply, Marketing, Engineering and more to ensure effective prioritisation and delivery of projects.
Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to projects that advance ResMed’s broader strategy, while providing general team support.
Deliver Results: Contribute across the product lifecycle, measuring success through user satisfaction and business impact.

Strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience with hardware, product management, or regulated medical devices.
