Job Summary:

As part of our Supply Chain ambition to deliver best-in-class performance through superior quality, value, and availability, we are expanding our team. As the Product Manager - Manufacturing, you will lead the development and standardization of critical manufacturing capabilities across our global network.

You will “own” manufacturing capabilities — integrating processes, people, technology, and data to enable digital transformation across multiple sites.

Why This Role Matters:

You will be the go-to expert for assigned manufacturing capabilities such as Production Scheduling, Work Order Management, and related digital solutions. You will help shape how our factories operate globally by driving standardization, improving efficiency, and embedding best practices across sites in the US, Sydney, Singapore, and Malaysia.

You will play a key role in major transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimization of advanced enterprise systems such as MES, O9, and Oracle, while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and agile delivery teams.

Let's Talk About the Role:

  • Support the vision and roadmap for Manufacturing digital transformation, aligned to Digital Supply Chain strategy.

  • Capture and prioritize user requirements; translate them into actionable work for delivery teams.

  • Partner with technology and business teams; lead workshops to drive consensus, delivery alignment, and adoption.

  • Drive standardization of processes, people, technology, and data across sites through reusable solutions.

  • Act as SME for assigned supply chain processes, advising on standards, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with Project Managers to embed process requirements into project scope and plans.

  • Ensure alignment with central governance and quality frameworks.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for value creation.

  • Monitor process KPIs and recommend corrective actions.

Let's Talk About What Success Looks Like:

  • Successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives and roadmap milestones

  • High stakeholder engagement and satisfaction across global manufacturing teams

  • Strong adoption of standardized processes and governance frameworks

  • Measurable improvements in operational efficiency, quality, and compliance

  • Timely and high-quality SME support for transformation projects

Let's Talk About Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/supply chain environment.

  • Engineering qualification (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience capturing requirements and working in agile delivery teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across sites/functions.

  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, SharePoint/Teams, and strong documentation practices.

Preferred:

  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES) and/or IoT/data analytics, or similar platforms)
    • Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites or global teams
    • Background in quality, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing technology implementation
