About The Role
What You'll Be Doing
OKX is building a high-performance and interactive livestream product embedded in our in-app social community. You’ll own the end-to-end Live experience: scalable video & chat , engagement & monetization loops that translate into trading conversion, and a robust safety & moderation stack.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive trading conversion via gamification & incentives, including paid digital goods, fan economy, leaderboards and more ways to deepen streamer-fan relationships.
- Build conversion surfaces, including contextual CTA modules (including follow, trade, set reminder, watchlist, etc.) and explore AI capabilities to create innovative event-driven boosts (e.g. market news, token recommendations, etc.).
- Scale Live video & chatroom to 100k CCUs, drive the technical roadmap for video quality improvements across the platform, including areas like encoding, delivery, and playback optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data, growth, risk, operations, and business stakeholders, to define metrics and execute a product roadmap.
- Partner with the recommendation algorithm team to continuously improve discovery of Live streams.
- Own your GTM by partnering with business development, marketing and PR teams to maximize the impact of the Live product.
What We Look For In You
- 5+ years experience as a product manager, and solid experience in shipping live streaming, creator platforms, gaming, entertainment, or social products.
- Hands-on with Trust & Safety or content moderation tooling.
- Adequate experience in crypto industry understanding of trading funnels and risk/compliance constraints.
- Able to think and communicate logically, data sensitive and can accurately grasp customer mindsets. Possess the ability to identify and break down problems quickly.
- Strong in execution, have good communication and project management skills, can collaborate cross-functional resources to solve problems and push projects to deliver results on time.
- Background in both early-stage (0-1) and scaled product (1-100) environments.
