The Role
The Product Manager Data is accountable for the roadmap of data products, including analytics, insights and access. Product Manager Data will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs including reporting, regulatory compliance, analytics and migration. Working closely with a cross-functional team across Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Product Design and more, the Product Manager Data will lead the development of data products such as real-time dashboards, customer insights tools, financial analytics and AI driven insights. The Product Manager Data will also work with Client Success teams to drive adoption of data products.
What You’ll Do
- Contributing to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your strategic domain (data platforms, analytics solutions, data APIs etc).
- Determining, developing, measuring and analysing metrics to drive insights, inform the roadmap and iterate toward the best outcomes.
- Gather and prioritize requirements for data products from internal and external stakeholders - leadership, product teams, data scientists, engineers and analysts.
- Evangelising the data products both internally and externally, guiding products through the development process, enabling data-driven decision making and advocating to achieve the best outcomes.
- Contributing to scaling a best-in-class Product team that values collaboration, meaningful work, and impact.
Who You Are
- Experience as a product manager in fintech, banking or B2B/SaaS with a strong focus on data products and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of large-scale enterprise data platforms including data ingestion and integration, data catalogs and lineage tracking, data quality and integration, data catalogs and lineage tracking, data quality and governance frameworks, data marts and analytics layers for business intelligence.
- Proven experience in rolling out AI driven capabilities on platforms such as AI powered financial insights and decisioning tools, and large scale data processing inancial insights and decisioning tools, and large scale data processing and model deployment.
- A bias towards action and an ownership mindset, and working on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users.
- Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Startup experience is valued highly.
