What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for analytics-driven initiatives, prioritizing opportunities based on impact to retention, engagement, and monetisation.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for new features and LiveOps events, and set the measurement framework before launch.
- Design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests, and make decisions on feature rollouts based on results.
- Translate player behaviour insights into product requirements and feature specifications.
- Drive player segmentation strategy to inform personalization, targeting, and in-game economy decisions.
- Partner with Engineering to define event tracking requirements and ensure data quality supports product decisions.
- Research industry trends and competitor benchmarks to shape product strategy.
- Utilize AI tools to improve analytical workflows, decision-making, and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in analytics/product roles, within mobile gaming.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL; comfort interpreting and directing analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design — enough to evaluate rigor and interpret results.
- Proven track record of shipping features or initiatives from ideation through launch, using data to inform prioritization.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to balance quantitative rigor with product/business judgment when data is incomplete or ambiguous.
