About the role:

We are looking for a strong Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager to be a part of our Consumer Products team, managing growth and revenue for Circles.Life B2C offerings in Singapore. We are open to strong user-focused data-driven product managers. Based on your preferences and performance, we will find a mutual fit for you within the team across ownership of Subscriber Growth and Customer Lifetime Value initiatives (engagement, retention and monetization).

In pursuit of this vision, your role will be to build innovative products that empower more users to lead and enjoy digital lifestyles. These products will range across their connectivity needs where we enhance, for example, their 5G and gaming experiences to their non-telco needs where we offer lifestyle products across travel, dining, wellness and shopping through our rewards and marketplace products.

This role will report to the VP, Consumer Product and will be based in Singapore.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy (with support from VP, Product) that aligns with the company's vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences, conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
  • Customer Focus: Champion the customer voice within the organization, advocating for user-centered design and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of products on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and investors.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing tech companies.
  • Proven track record of innovating and driving impact in terms of User Growth or CLV through customer engagement, retention or monetization.
  • Strong understanding of business impact, especially revenue and margins based on user segments, adoption, discounting and cannibalization.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to champion the customer's perspective.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
