Assist product managers with market research, customer feedback collection, product launches, documentation, testing, client hardware/software installation and basic troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
- Support the coordination and execution of product launches, including documentation and communication materials.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide input on product-related discussions.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product requirements are effectively communicated.
- Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Assist in operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality.
- Perform testing on product enhancements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Strong interest in product management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
- Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Only full time interns who are available to start in early August 2026 will be considered.
