Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product managers to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement.
  • Support the coordination and execution of product launches, including documentation and communication materials.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide input on product-related discussions.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product requirements are effectively communicated.
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Assist in operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality.
  • Perform testing on product enhancements.


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Strong interest in product management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
  • Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Only full time interns who are available to start in early August 2026 will be considered.
