Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark product features, pricing, and positioning.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to support product development and procurement.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist in product testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards.
- Document and report issues or bugs to the development team for resolution.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and performance criteria.
- Create and maintain product manuals, user guides, and compatibility charts.
- Ensure all product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
- Oversee the development of product packaging, including serial number labeling and design.
- Ensure packaging aligns with branding and complies with regulatory standards.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in electronics and consumer hardware.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the MS Suite (Excel, Power Point)
