Job Description
This role will report to the Head of Product Strategy and Development APAC. The primary responsibility is to support Product development activities within the Asia-Pacific region.

To assist the Head of Product Development Asia Pacific in various Asian strategic developments and to diversify fund ranges across Asia Pacific.

To assist with the preparation of product development proposals from Asia ensuring the adherence to Group Product Development approval process.

To carry out general administrative duties such as coordinating stakeholders meeting, writing of meeting notes, etc

To support the oversight and supervision of the creation of new product ideas, reshaping/restructuring and termination of existing products, ensuring they fit for purpose and compliant with local requirements.This process includes supporting of feasibility study and profitability analysis

To assist with stakeholders’ management across the region; to collaborate with investment and distribution teams for idea generation to ascertain product demand and designed requirement. With other internal teams such as legal, compliance, operations and product management ensuring the idea can be supported and delivered in a timely manner.

To support group product related initiatives where required.
The ideal candidate should possess:

At least 5 years of product development or relevant experience

Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework that supports investment products in the region and UCITS regulations

Strong interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in a concise and meaningful way

Bilingual; English and business Mandarin is an advantage

Team player, well-organised, self-starter with an attention to detail.

Strong project management and stakeholders management skills
