Job Description
Micron seeks an ambitious and expert Product Development Engineer with a specialty in Physical Failure Analysis (PFA). This role provides an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with top-tier technology. You'll contribute to advances that convert information into intelligence and speed up learning, communication, and development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Become a subject matter expert on PFA, circuit edits, and de-capsulation methods, tools, and techniques.
• Understand and implement all relevant analytical techniques, including electrical failure modes, architecture, fabrication process, device operation, and device physics for solid-state memory devices.
• Collaborate closely with collaborators to present failure analysis findings and successfully implement solutions.
• Strictly adhere to lab policies and safety procedures in a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Material Science.
• At least 2 years of experience in Physical Failure Analysis, Fab, or Assembly work settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts or permanent night shifts.
