Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.


About the role

In this role, you will leverage data analytics to inform product development, enhance user experience, and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to analyze user behavior and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with product stakeholders to make data-driven decisions across the organization by leveraging descriptive and predictive analytics where it will have material impact
  • Communicate analysis and insights to stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media Lead the data strategy of product engineering, influencing them to make well-informed architecture and design decisions that affect data
  • Recommend logging throughout the product to effectively analyze user behavior
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day analytics support to partner teams, develop tools and dashboards to empower data access and self-service

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product or tech environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with crypto and financial services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
