The role involves managing product training, market analysis, customer relationships, and internal stakeholder management in ophthalmology.
Product Management & Marketing
- Equip countries sales & application team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to promote/sell the portfolio. This may include, product training, application training and provide relevant clinical papers, product technical specifications, competitor analysis and fight cards
- Review product data to ensure that country sales team is kept up to date on new developments of REF portfolio and competitors‘ portfolio.
- Define customer segment and target, market mapping and product positioning
- Conduct market scanning to report competitors’ activities, analysis & market trend for management decision making
- Coordinate product registration and technology assessment with regulatory and clinical team support.
Education and KOLs Management
- Visit customers regularly to build strong relationship between customers and ZEISS
- Recruit, develop & manage KOLs in SEA to promote REF with peer-to-peer influence.
- Develop, plan & implement educational strategies and initiatives
- Organise regular regional panels & users meeting (online & offline) to build loyalty and increase utilization.
- Ensure all customer complaints are managed in an efficient manner (including filing of complains, response to customers, rectifying problems, obtaining report from HQ & feedback to customers) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish & manage REF reference sites in SEA to drive penetration, utilization and increase user base.
- Participate in events, conferences & workshops to support SEA countries to promote TWF.
Clinical and Application Support
- Provides advance application & basic clinical training and support to REF customers in SEA to ensure best possible clinical outcomes
- Elevate SEA REF Clinical Applications competencies through the development of a clinical applications training strategy and program to ensure best in class CAS support for REF across SEA.
Stakeholders Management
- Manage internal stakeholders (cross functional teams & inter-countries)
- Liaise between SEA countries’ team and HQ for various activities.
Education / Professional Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of product management or application support experience in the field of ophthalmology or refractive.
