DESCRIPTION:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Product and Marketing Manager and create innovative marketing strategies that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role combines strategic product management, marketing execution, supplier partnership management and commercial support to deliver sustainable business growth and an exceptional customer experience.

You will develop and execute comprehensive product and marketing plans that promote our scientific products and solutions to drive the growth, profitability and accelerate our leading market position. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, analyze market trends, and create compelling value propositions that resonate with our customers.
Working closely with sales teams, you'll provide essential pre-sales support, enhance SFDC , and deliver product training to ensure successful market reach. You'll conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, track competitive activities, and identify growth opportunities as well as source for new suppliers to enhance our portfolio. Managing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, you'll generate market demand while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers including customers, KOLs, and internal stakeholder teams.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bringing innovative scientific solutions to market while working with professionals who share our commitment to integrity, thoughtfulness, innovation, and involvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in marketing in scientific, healthcare, or related industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: scientific, technical, life sciences, healthcare
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and drive data-based decisions
• Excellence in both written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and campaigns
• Proficiency in SFDC and digital marketing platforms
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time
• Experience in people management preferred
• Multilingual capabilities valued, especially in relevant market languages
• Deep understanding of scientific product portfolios and customer workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear marketing messages
