- Serve as the primary liaison between the legal department and vendors to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Update and maintain personnel system records in DarwinBox.
- Oversee the mandatory learning programs, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
- Manage the renewal and tracking process for personnel.
- Track software renewals and ensure all licenses are up to date.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular status reports on contract and software renewals.
Requirements
- Experience with contract management and vendor liaison preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as DarwinBox is a plus.
