• 複数工程（例：CMP／Etch／Lithographyなど）にまたがる課題を横断的に解決した経験
• SPC, FMEA, 故障解析, データ解析などを用いた問題解決スキル
• 電気特性データ, インラインデータ, 欠陥データの統合的な解析経験
• 多部門（プロセス, 設備, 製造, 品質など）と連携しながら課題解決をリードできるコミュニケーション能力
• 複数の課題• プロジェクトを同時に管理し, 期限内に成果を出す実行力
• 自律的に課題設定し, 主体的に推進できる能力
• 英語での業務上のコミュニケーション能力, または習得に対する強い意欲
• AIを理解し, 活用できるスキル, あるいは習得しようとする強い意欲。

Requirements: (Candidates need not meet every single condition listed below.)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of practical experience in semiconductor process development, process integration (PI), or yield improvement
• Practical experience in root cause analysis and driving improvements regarding yield loss, defects, and performance variability
• Experience in cross-functional problem-solving spanning multiple process steps (e.g., CMP, Etch, Lithography)
• Problem-solving skills utilizing SPC, FMEA, failure analysis, data analysis, etc.
• Experience in the integrated analysis of electrical characteristic data, in-line data, and defect data
• Communication skills to lead problem-solving efforts while collaborating with multiple departments (Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple issues/projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
• Ability to autonomously define issues and proactively drive initiatives
• Professional communication skills in English, or a strong willingness to acquire them
• Skills to understand and using AI, or a strong willingness to learn how to do so.
