About the Role

A Process Improvement Analyst for the Embedded Lending Team focused on identifying, analyzing, and enhancing business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance. Their primary objective is to eliminate waste, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize workflows to align with the organization’s broader goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product improvement plans driven by performance analysis, customer feedback, and emerging market trends.
  • Create, review, and update credit policies that align with the managed products.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses of products to evaluate market reception, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Legal, and Risk Management, to ensure product development meets market demands and adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with technological advancements and digital innovations, integrating cutting-edge features into credit products.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience within a financial institution, fintech, or tech company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support product requirements and feature prioritization.
  • Ability to assess business challenges and provide balanced, practical solutions that align with the overall business vision.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with an intermediate understanding of SQL.
  • A solid understanding of SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) is a plus.
  • Strong experience in credit operations and performance monitoring, preferably within the banking or fintech sectors.
