You will be with the Information Systems department of Thales in Singapore. This role will be part of the IS/IT Governance Team in Asia.

Responsibilities:

IT Governance

  • Assist in the annual inventory check and ensure stakeholders’ compliance with inventory maintenance requirements.
  • Provide support in the preparation of IT Balanced Scorecard data and report.
  • Manage purchase requisitions for IS/IT Singapore.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure processes are robust to meet operational risks and compliance requirements in all areas across Asia.

Content Creation

  • Assist in the communication of complex and technical issues to relevant stakeholders, in writing.
  • Assist with document control for policy and guidelines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage effectively and regularly with stakeholders to ensure continuous support for IT Governance initiatives.
  • Develop close working relationships with internal stakeholders to successfully treat and mitigate potential operational risk.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in marketing materials creation.
  • Good understanding of governance or technology functions will be a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated and proactive.
  • Commitment: Able to commit on a full-time basis for ideally 6 months (or a minimum of 5 months) from June/July 2025 onwards.
