Responsibilities and Tasks:• Establish and improve process condition and technology.• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.• Establish and modify process management projects.• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
Requirements:• Min Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.• Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.• Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).• Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment, Engineering Statistical data analysis would be advantageous.
