Job Description：• Lead daily Probe manufacturing operations and shift manpower management to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.• Drive manufacturing performance through effective production management, workforce planning, and operational discipline.• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Equipment, Quality, Planning and Industrial Engineering teams to support volume execution and business goals.• Lead problem solving, escalation management, defect reduction, yield improvement and productivity enhancement activities.• Develop and coach team members to strengthen technical capability, leadership skills, accountability and operational excellence.• Support capacity planning, labor efficiency improvement, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.• Utilize AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, manufacturing systems and data analytics to improve operational effectiveness, decision making, problem solving and process optimization.• Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data insights, automation opportunities and AI technologies to improve manufacturing performance and workforce productivity.• Support implementation of new products, process changes, automation projects and operational readiness activities across Probe operations.
