As a Recruiter at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for providing consultation and counseling to hiring managers, external vendors, colleges, and universities. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- 5+ years leading university recruiting, campus programs, workforce planning, or strategic talent initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling graduate hiring and internship programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience using recruiting analytics and market intelligence to drive decision making.
- Proven project and program management experience across multiple stakeholders and business groups.
- Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed global environment.
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
