  • Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision and quality bar across game features or titles.
  • Lead the design of core systems and high-impact player experiences (HUDs, onboarding, navigation, meta systems).
  • Establish and evolve UI design systems, guidelines, and best practices for scalability and consistency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in UI/UX, setting standards for visual quality, usability, and player engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with art, product, and engineering to influence product direction and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Provide design direction and constructive feedback to UI designers.
  • Use player data, usability testing, and market analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, pipelines, and team efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of UI trends and top-performing casual games to continuously elevate design quality.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in game UI design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of UI systems and shipped products.
  • Proven ability to set design direction and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Deep understanding of mobile game UI/UX patterns, player behavior, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems and UI frameworks.
  • High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and design judgment.
