Responsibilities
- Lead and define the overall UI art direction and vision for casual mobile games.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and strong player engagement across all UI visuals.
- Design and iterate on interfaces, menus, HUDs, pop-ups, and onboarding flows.
- Create high-quality UI assets (icons, buttons, panels, etc.) optimized for mobile.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and engineers for seamless integration.
- Establish and maintain UI pipelines, guidelines, and asset libraries for efficiency.
- Mentor and provide feedback to UI artists to support their growth and development.
- Stay updated on UI trends and top casual games to continuously improve quality and experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in graphic or UI design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and asset creation skills.
- Proficient in visual hierarchy, color, layout, typography, and composition.
- Able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
- Ability to analyze top games and applying effective UI/UX patterns.
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and strong in problem-solving.
