About The Role
Perks & Benefits We are looking for a hands-on product manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on EEA (Europe) and other onshore regulated markets. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through data-driven optimization and ecosystem building across multi-jurisdictional environments. If you have a proven track record of driving growth at a leading crypto exchange or a hyper-growth platform, we want you.
What You'll Be Doing- Own the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets (AU, SG, UAE, BR, TR), aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
- Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI — giving BD teams real-time visibility into which partners drive sustainable value vs. short-term volume.
- Own the affiliate product infrastructure — dashboard, attribution, commission calculation, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs.
- End-to-end ownership of affiliate program operations: onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.
- Design and run scalable affiliate programs — onboarding flows, incentive experimentation, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.
- 5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
- Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns and deals.
- Strong analytical capability — you can design affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models, not just read reports.
- Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, ideally across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
