Job Responsibilities:
- To develop, sustain and improve process to meet technology development goals, as well as manage a group of Engineers and Associate Engineers, if necessary.
- Deep knowledge on multiple processes and good understanding on integration impact
- Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements
- Initiate and drive projects to improve quality, cost and equipment throughput
- Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development
- Facilitate continuous improvement programs to improve process capability
- Able to understand process road map, define and plan for the project systematically
- Work smoothly and suggest constructively to integration team on process integration
- Organize and provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
- Technical leadership in the group and be a coach to the Senior Engineers and Engineers
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree or Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline is required
- Relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.
